Follow this article to learn how to browse the Segment Library in Action Chat.
The Segment Library provides access to pre-built audience segments that can help you quickly identify audiences relevant to your marketing objectives.
Instead of starting with a brand or topic, you can browse available segments and select those that best align with the audience you'd like to explore.
Open the Segment Library

Within Action Chat, open the Segment Library.

The library contains a collection of available audience segments that you can browse and search.

Review the available audience segments.

Depending on your objectives, you can explore different segments to better understand the audiences available within Audiense Action.
Select a Segment

Choose the segment you'd like to explore.

The selected segment becomes the starting point for your conversation with Action Chat. From there, you can ask follow-up questions about the audience, compare it with other audiences, or generate additional recommendations.
Continue Exploring
Once you've selected a segment, continue interacting with the AI to learn more about that audience.
For example, you can:
- Explore audience characteristics.
- Compare segments.
- Generate marketing recommendations.
- Discover additional opportunities.
