Overview

Follow this article to learn how to browse the Segment Library in Action Chat.

The Segment Library provides access to pre-built audience segments that can help you quickly identify audiences relevant to your marketing objectives.

Instead of starting with a brand or topic, you can browse available segments and select those that best align with the audience you'd like to explore.

Open the Segment Library

• Within Action Chat, open the Segment Library.

• The library contains a collection of available audience segments that you can browse and search.

Browse Available Segments

• Review the available audience segments.

• Depending on your objectives, you can explore different segments to better understand the audiences available within Audiense Action.

Select a Segment

• Choose the segment you'd like to explore.

• The selected segment becomes the starting point for your conversation with Action Chat. From there, you can ask follow-up questions about the audience, compare it with other audiences, or generate additional recommendations.

Continue Exploring

Once you've selected a segment, continue interacting with the AI to learn more about that audience.

For example, you can:

• Explore audience characteristics.
• Compare segments.
• Generate marketing recommendations.
• Discover additional opportunities.
