As you use Action Chat, you'll likely create multiple conversations while researching audiences, comparing brands, testing creative assets, or generating marketing recommendations. Over time, some conversations may no longer be relevant to your current projects.

Deleting conversations allows you to organize your workspace by removing conversations that are no longer needed, making it easier to focus on active audience research and ongoing marketing initiatives.

Before deleting a conversation, consider whether you may want to reference its audience insights or recommendations in the future. Conversations provide a record of your interactions with the AI and can be valuable when revisiting previous research.

  • Were created for testing purposes.
  • Contain research that has been completed.
  • Have been replaced by newer conversations covering the same topic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I delete completed conversations?

That depends on your workflow. If you no longer need a conversation, deleting it can help keep your workspace organized. If you think you may need to reference it later, consider keeping it or sharing it before deletion.

Can I continue working in a conversation instead of creating a new one?

Yes. When researching the same audience or marketing objective, continuing an existing conversation helps preserve context and build on previous AI recommendations.

Why should I organize my conversation history?

Maintaining an organized conversation history makes it easier to locate active audience research, ongoing marketing discussions, and current campaign planning conversations.
