Action Chat allows you to explore audience intelligence by having a conversation with Audiense's AI. Rather than creating a traditional report before beginning your analysis, you can ask questions in natural language about a brand, competitor, product, or marketing objective and receive audience recommendations in real time.
As the conversation develops, Action Chat helps you identify relevant audience segments, understand audience behaviors and characteristics, and refine your research through follow-up questions. This conversational workflow makes it easy to explore new ideas, compare audiences, and uncover marketing opportunities without needing to manually configure a project.
Before You Begin
Before discovering audiences through Action Chat, make sure you have:
- Access to Audiense Action.
- Switched to the Chat experience.
- A brand, product, competitor, or marketing objective you'd like to explore.
Start a New Conversation
Begin by creating a new conversation in Action Chat. You can enter your request using natural language, describing the audience or topic you want to better understand. There is no required format—simply explain what you're trying to learn. For example, you might ask about:

- A target audience for a campaign.

Review the AI's Recommendations
