Overview
Follow this article to learn how to access previous conversations in Action Chat.
Every conversation is automatically saved, allowing you to return later without losing your progress. This makes it easy to continue audience research, revisit recommendations, or build upon previous discussions without starting from scratch.
View Your Conversation History
Action Chat stores your previous conversations within the Chat workspace. From the conversation history, you can browse existing chats and reopen any conversation you've previously created.
Reopen a Conversation
Select the conversation you'd like to continue.
The full conversation history will be displayed, allowing you to review previous responses before continuing.
Continue the Discussion
Simply enter your next question into the conversation.
Because Action Chat maintains the existing context, you can continue building on previous responses instead of repeating information.
