Follow this article to learn how to start a new conversation in Action Chat.

Action Chat allows you to interact with Audiense's AI using natural language instead of creating a traditional report. Each conversation becomes its own workspace where you can explore audiences, compare brands, test creative assets, and generate strategic recommendations.

Whether you're researching a new market, validating campaign ideas, or learning more about your target audience, every workflow begins by starting a new conversation.


Open Action Chat

  • Sign in to Audiense Action.

  • If you're currently using Projects (Classic), switch to Chat from your account menu.


Create a New Conversation

  • Click New Chat to begin.

  • A blank conversation window will open, allowing you to begin interacting with the AI.


Ask Your First Question

  • Enter your request using natural language.

  • For example, you can ask the AI to:

    • Identify audiences interested in a specific brand.
    • Compare competing brands.
    • Explore customer interests.
    • Generate campaign ideas.
    • Recommend audience segments.
  • There's no required format—simply describe what you'd like to learn.

Continue the Conversation

  • After the AI responds, continue asking follow-up questions to refine your analysis.

  • You can build on previous responses without needing to start over.

  • As the conversation evolves, the AI maintains context and provides increasingly tailored recommendations.
