Before You Begin

Before testing your creative, make sure you have:

  • Access to Audiense Action.
  • Switched to the Chat experience.
  • Started a conversation in Action Chat.
  • An image or video you'd like to evaluate.

Note: Action Chat supports both image and video uploads for creative analysis.


Start or Open a Conversation

Begin by creating a new conversation or opening an existing one.

Creative Testing takes place within an Action Chat conversation, allowing the AI to understand the context of your marketing objectives while reviewing your creative.


Upload Your Creative Asset

Within the conversation, upload the creative asset you want to evaluate.

Action Chat supports both:

  • Images
  • Videos

Once uploaded, the AI will begin analyzing your creative.
