Audiense Action is an AI-powered audience intelligence platform that helps you discover, understand, and engage consumer audiences through natural language conversations.
With Action Chat, you can identify audience segments, explore their behaviors and motivations, compare brands, test creative assets, and generate actionable marketing recommendations.
This guide introduces the main capabilities of Action Chat and provides example prompts to help you get started.

### Discover and Understand Your Audience
Action Chat helps you identify relevant audience segments based on brands, store visitors, or descriptions of your target consumers.
You can discover audiences by:
- **Brand-based discovery:** Explore audience segments that visit a covered brand's stores using foot-traffic data from the last month, three months, or six months.
- **Description-based discovery:** Describe your ideal audience in natural language to find matching segments from Audiense's behavioral segment library.
Once you've identified an audience, you can explore its demographics, interests, motivations, frustrations, platform preferences, professional background, and relevant life events.
**Example prompts:**
- "Who visits Nike stores in the United States?"
- "Find audiences interested in sustainable fashion."
- "What motivates this audience when making purchasing decisions?"
**Note:** Store-visit insights are available for covered brands with physical locations in the United States.

### Explore Audience Perspectives
Action Chat allows you to ask questions across multiple audience segments and compare their perspectives.
Each selected segment provides an individual AI-generated response, followed by a synthesized summary and recommendations.
You can use these simulated conversations to explore reactions to campaign ideas, product concepts, or messaging approaches.

- "What would each segment find most appealing about this product?"

**Note:** Responses are simulated using measured audience data and do not represent direct feedback from real consumers.

Action Chat allows you to explore audiences for brands beyond your own, including competitors and potential partners.
You can compare audience characteristics, identify shared interests, and explore where specific segments are strongest across a brand's store locations.
Action can also help you identify influencers, brands, and social media accounts that your audience follows, as well as generate targeting briefs for Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

**Note:** Action generates targeting recommendations but does not directly create or launch advertising campaigns.

**Note:** Action cannot access pages that require a login, are behind paywalls, or have restrictive bot protection.

Creative Testing evaluates assets based on clarity, relevance, motivation, and virality. You can test up to 3 creative variants across 6 audience segments, compare results, and receive recommendations for improvement.

- "Compare these three ad variations across my target segments."
- "What improvements would make this video more effective?"
**Note:** Creative scores are based on simulated audience evaluations rather than actual campaign performance. Generated content should be reviewed for accuracy and brand alignment before use.

Available outputs include:
