Audiense Insights Subscription Glossary
Learn what the subscription metrics in Audiense Insights mean and how they relate to your account limits and usage.
Overview
Your Audiense subscription includes several usage metrics that determine the features, reports, and resources available to your account. This glossary explains the most common subscription terms displayed in your account so you can better understand your plan and monitor your usage.
Subscription Terms Audiences
Audiences refers to the number of audiences you can create and store in Audiense Connect. These audiences can be used for activities such as:
- Building audience segments
- Syncing audiences to Audiense Insights
- Exporting audiences for additional analysis
The available audience limit depends on your subscription.
Active Insights Reports
Active Insights Reports is the number of Audiense Insights reports that currently exist in your account. Reports remain active until they are deleted, and they count toward your active report limit. If you reach your limit, you may need to remove existing reports before creating new ones.
Monthly Insights Reports
Monthly Insights Reports tracks how many new Insights reports have been created during the current billing month. This metric resets at the beginning of each monthly usage period based on your subscription.
Social Contacts
Social Contacts represents the total number of social profiles available across your connected accounts and sources in Audiense Connect.
This includes:
- Followers of your connected accounts
- Accounts you follow
- Followers and following from any additional accounts or sources you add
Some subscription plans include additional Social Contact capacity through optional add-ons.
Collaborators
Collaborators are the users who have access to your Audiense workspace. Your subscription determines how many team members can be added to your account. Each collaborator can access the shared workspace according to the permissions assigned within your organization.
Social Accounts
Social Accounts refers to the number of authenticated X (formerly Twitter) accounts that can be connected to Audiense Connect.
Connecting additional accounts allows you to manage multiple brands, organizations, or profiles from a single workspace, subject to your subscription limits.
Viewing Your Subscription Usage
You can review your current subscription usage from your account's subscription or billing section, where you'll find:
- Current usage
- Plan limits
- Remaining capacity for each subscription metric
Monitoring these values can help you plan report creation, audience management, and team collaboration without exceeding your subscription limits.
