Purchase an Audience Insights Subscription

Overview

There are several ways to purchase an Audience Insights subscription depending on whether you're a new customer, an existing Audiense user, or already subscribed to Audiense Connect.

Choose the option below that best matches your situation.

I'm Using the Free Audience Insights Plan

If you're currently using the free Audience Insights experience, you can upgrade directly from within the application.

To upgrade:

1. Sign in to Audiense.
2. Open your account or subscription settings.
3. Select the option to upgrade your Audience Insights plan.
4. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

I'm New to Audiense

If you don't already have an Audiense account, you can purchase an Audience Insights subscription directly from the Audiense website.

Visit the Audience Insights pricing or subscription page and follow the steps to create your account and select a plan.

I Already Have an Audiense Connect Subscription

If you're an existing Audiense Connect customer and would like to add an Audience Insights subscription, contact the Audiense team.

They can help you add Audience Insights to your existing account and ensure your subscriptions are configured correctly.

Note

Existing Audiense Connect customers can access sample Audience Insights reports. A full Audience Insights subscription unlocks additional reports and advanced features.
