How to set up your preferred dashboard (Connect or Insights)?

Learn how to choose whether Audiense Connect or Audiense Insights opens by default each time you sign in.

Overview

If you have access to both Audiense Connect and Audiense Insights, you can choose which dashboard opens automatically when you sign in. Setting a preferred dashboard saves time by taking you directly to the product you use most often. You can change this preference at any time.

Set Your Preferred Dashboard

  1. Sign in to your Audiense account.
  2. Select the Dashboard Switcher (the four-square icon) in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Choose either Audiense Connect or Audiense Insights.
  4. Enable Remember this selection.

Your selected dashboard will become the default destination the next time you sign in.

Change Your Default Dashboard

To update your preferred dashboard:

  1. Open the Dashboard Switcher.
  2. Select the other dashboard.
  3. Enable Remember this selection again.

Your new selection is applied immediately and will be used for future sign-ins.

For Free Users

If you're using a free Audiense account and haven't selected a preferred dashboard, you'll be prompted to choose a dashboard after signing in. Once you save your preference, Audiense will continue opening that dashboard automatically until you change it.
