Overview
If you reach one or more usage limits included with your Audiense subscription, you can purchase add-ons to expand your available capacity without changing your plan. Available add-ons depend on your subscription and can be purchased directly from your account.
Check Your Subscription Usage
Before purchasing an add-on, review your current subscription usage to determine which limit has been reached.
To view your subscription:
- Sign in to Audiense.
- Select the Settings icon.
- Choose Subscription.
Purchase an Add-on
From the Subscription page:
- Locate the usage limit you want to increase.
- Select the available add-on option.
- Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Once your purchase is complete, your additional capacity will be applied to your subscription.
When Should I Purchase an Add-on?
You may want to purchase an add-on if you've reached the usage limits included with your plan but don't need to upgrade to a higher subscription tier.
Add-ons provide additional flexibility for growing teams or temporary increases in usage.
