# How to slice a report by dates

It is very simple. Once you have created your report, you just need to follow these steps:

1. Enter your report
2. Click on the “Change dates” button
3. Select the date range you need
4. Click on accept

No worries if you have done it wrong, you can always go to the “tweets” tab and restore the deleted tweets from the trash.
